By sea: 3-4 times a week from Piraeus, 3-4 times a week from Rhodes and Santorini. There are connections with Crete (Sitia), Kassos, Milos, Paros, Sifnos, Folegandros and Sikinos.
By air: Several times a week with Athens, Kassos and Santorini and daily service from Rhodes.
Karpathos airport is located south of the island. There are daily flights from Athens - Karpathos, Rhodes - Karpathos - Rhodes (2-3 times per day), Rhodes - Kassos - Karpathos (3 times per week) and Sitia - Kassos - Karpathos - Sitia twice a week. (Please note that schedules might change.) Also, there are frequent charter flights directly to Karpathos from abroad. Please check with your local travel agent.
By ferry service there are connections directly with Piraeus, Crete and Rhodes up to 4 times a week. With the rest of the Dodecanese and all the islands of the Aegean sea via Rhodes and Crete.
